How do you pronounce The Stīl Trust?
Style is pronounced /stīl/. As such, The Stīl Trust is pronounced the same way you would say “The Style Trust”. At The Stīl Trust, our expert stylists simplify the styling process and help you define your own unique style.
Can I pause my monthly service?
Yes, you can. As a monthly member (Select or Premium), you can pause your service up to 3 times a year. If you pause your service, you will not be charged that month.
What’s the difference between a monthly membership and a seasonal membership?
A monthly check-in with your stylist is the most effective way to curate and maintain your wardrobe, so we generally recommend getting amonthly membership (Classic or Luxe).
Benefits of a monthly membership include:
- Continuously curate your wardrobe and build a deeper connection with your stylist
- Cheaper Monthly Styling Sessions
- Discounted rates for a-la-carte services that you may want to add on top of your monthly services
However, we understand that some people do not need styling services on a monthly basis, and others may just not be ready to commit to a monthly membership. If you fit one of these descriptions, you may want to try a seasonal membership. Seasonal members get four Full Styling Sessions a year and can redeem those sessions at any time within a 12-month period.
What if I don’t like the Style Recommendations that my stylist has sent me?
At The Stīl Trust, trust and customer satisfaction are very important to us. We want to make sure that our clients are happy with the styling service they receive. Therefore, we guarantee a second round of recommendations for every Style Recommendation. If you don’t like your recommendations, you can request items or entire looks to be revised. All services are subject to The Stīl Trust Guarantee.
Can I choose my stylist?
Yes! We want to make sure that you are paired with the stylist that best fits your style needs. Therefore, when you first sign up for membership, we recommend stylists for you to choose from based on your Style Preferences. From the very beginning, you are empowered to choose your own stylist. You can also change your stylist at any point if your style needs change.

If the product I was recommended was sold out or not available in my size, do I get another recommendation?
We recommend clients to make purchases right away as some items sell out quickly in a specific color or size. All items recommended to clients are required to be in stock and available in the client’s size when the Style Recommendations are sent. If you are unable to make a purchase soon after receiving your Style Recommendation and the item sells out in your size, we can send another recommendation if the item was part of your first round of recommendations.
If I close my account, how long will my profile page remain active?
Once you close your account, your profile will remain active for 30 days. After 30 days, your account will be deleted. If you would like to re-join in the future, you will have to sign up for a new account and fill out a new Style Quiz as well.
